This isn’t your average decluttering and organisation course. It’s packed with actionable steps and awareness-building exercises so you can truly transform your wardrobe and the way you dress (and shop) in 4 weeks.
The combination of journal prompts, reflection exercises and actionable steps helps you to clear out what no longer works, identify the clothes and styles that make you feel good, and arrange your wardrobe for success.
There are a total of 5 modules. Each module is designed to be watched and completed before moving onto the next.
Each module comes with specific action steps. Module 1 can be completed within one day. Module 2-5 can be completed within 1-2 weeks each. I recommend completing at least the first 4 modules within 1 month.
The course gently prompts you to reflect, journal, and catalogue your clothing, time, and spending habits. The goal is to nurture a sense of mindfulness around what you really love, what fits, and what really works. These reflections are a form of self-care and self-development that give you the clarity to make long-term shifts.
